I believe:
Counseling services are for all students.​
School Counselors are advocates for every student.
All students are unique and can learn and achieve academic greatness when encouraged and nurtured in a respectful environment.
Data should be used to design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve the school counseling program.
School counselors collaborate with students, families, school staff, and community resources to help meet student needs.
Mission
The mission of the St. Mary counseling program is to deliver a comprehensive counseling program that is developmentally appropriate, data driven, and collaborative. Academic success, social/emotional growth, and career development are supported through individual, small group, and large group counseling.
Vision
The vision of the St. Mary counseling program is to inspire students to recognize and develop their unique potential to become life-long learners who are college and career ready citizens in our diverse and changing world.
